Dr. Robert Puff, M.A., M.Div., Ph.D.
Dr. Robert Puff, M.A., M.Div., Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist, author, international speaker, and mental health expert who has been successfully counseling individuals, families, organizations, and businesses for over twenty years.
A contributing writer to Psychology Today with a private practice in the Orange County area, he is recognized as one of California's leading therapists and mental health management experts. His approach to life and to therapy is holistic, encompassing thoughts, emotions, physical health, nutrition, and relationships. He teaches people to let go of their negative thinking patterns, manage their stress, heal from traumatic experiences, develop their spirituality, and succeed in life beyond their expectations.
Dr. Puff holds a master's degree from Princeton and a second master's degree and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Fuller. He taught as an adjunct professor at Rosemead Graduate School of Psychology and has worked as staff psychologist at Trenton Psychiatric Hospital, Sepulveda V.A. Medical Hospital, La Puente Mental Health, and St. Jude's Medical Hospital. He has been happily married for fifteen years and has two children.
Dr. Puff has given thousands of media interviews and frequently appears on national TV and radio talk shows. His books have been on the bestseller lists at Amazon.com. How to Live a Positive Life: The Art of Living Well, has been the #1 bestseller at iTunes books in the "Self-Improvement" category. He co-hosted the weekly international Web-TV program, The Holistic Success Show, which is viewed in over a 200 countries. He also hosts The Meditation for Health Podcast, with weekly lessons on meditation, and The Happiness Podcast, and maintains a website called The Happiness and Meditation Blog.

Taryn NealTaryn is a registered Psychological Assistant with the Board of Psychology* and is Doctoral Candidate in Psychology at Argosy University in Orange, CA. Taryn has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and a Masters degree from Argosy University in Counseling Psychology. Taryn has been affiliated with Western Youth Services in Anaheim, Royale Mission Viejo's Mental Health Rehabilitation Center, and Rebecca's House. As a psychologist, she has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a wide range of emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, schizophrenia, eating disorders, substance abuse, and trauma. Taryn utilizes a holistic approach in her own life and in helping individuals in therapy. She believes in the importance of encompassing the thoughts, feelings, and emotions as well as physical health, nutrition, and relationships of an individual. Taryn provides a safe, comfortable, and trusting environment to explore thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Taryn's holistic approach provides healing from the past, living in the present, and looking forward to the future.

Dr. James Seghers, M.S., Ph.D. (PSB # 36493)
Dr. Seghers holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Kent State University, and is a registered Psychological Assistant* with the California Board of Psychology. He has practiced counseling and psychotherapy since 2004. He has a background in psychological research, and has published scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences. Clinically, he has been affiliated with the Rehabilitation Institute of Southern California, Straight Talk Inc., Summa Health System, and, most recently, the Cleveland VA Medical Center.
Dr. Seghers has diverse therapeutic and assessment experience. He has worked with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, families, and groups from a variety of ethnic, religious, and cultural backgrounds. He is experienced in addressing clinical issues related to anxiety, traumatic stress, depression, substance addiction, and psychosis. In addition, he has successfully worked with an extensive range of presenting concerns, including work/career dissatisfaction, bereavement, chronic pain, relationship problems, parenting difficulties, sexual and combat trauma, and generalized malaise.
Dr. Seghers is a holistic psychotherapist, adhering to an integrative approach based on empirical science. He emphasizes psychological factors (thoughts, emotions, behaviors), interpersonal connectedness, healthful eating, and physical activity. He adopts a contextual perspective in conceptualizing psychological concerns, while emphasizing here-and-now experiences, choices, meanings, and beliefs. Dr. Seghers views human experience as an inherently creative process, and works to empower his clients to create meaningful and fulfilling lives through committed action based on personal values. He is an avid photographer, nature enthusiast, and meditation practitioner, and has been happily married for seven years.
